ONLINE NATURAL DISASTER COORDINATION SYSTEM provides the user a computer-supported solution of optimum human resources allocation so as to aid in decision making process in natural disasters together with task assignment option in order to allocate field team members to locations according to their professions, availability, requirments and geographical locations. It also stands for central communication platform between the disaster coordinator and team members.

The system assigns people from different professional groups to operations in different locations regarding requirements of each operation, priority rates of groups in given operation, and geographical constraints. The user interacting with the system is Disaster Management Coordinator who enters the effectiveness rates of each professional group corresponding to each area, and may add, edit or delete location and professional data. The system calculates optimum allocation possibilities. The user may re-calculate the solution as many times as needed.
